You've got questions, we've got answers!
Tickets- once you’ve purchased tickets you should have received an email with an order number. If you didn’t receive the email you may have mistyped your email when you purchased tickets but don’t panic. The tickets are still yours, under your name. You can give those tickets to anyone by simply telling them to check in under your name. If you can’t make it let us know as soon as possible because a refund might be issued if it’s possible to resell those seats before the show. No call/no shows will not be issued a refund after the show. Those seats were held because your attendance was anticipated.
Seating- seating is first come first serve. Some people make a note in the comments section of their purchase that they would like front row or a high top table. Accommodations like that are honored when possible. If you’d like to sit with your friends who’ve purchased tickets separately you can make a note in your purchase comments, or notify the hostess when you check in that your party would like to combine with another party. Accommodations like that can be more easily honored closer to door time, however closer to show time as the venue is full, it may be harder to combine groups so plan to check in early if you’re hoping to merge reservations.
Vulgar, obscene or offensive- the comics, unless advertised as clean, will be performing adult themed content to include profanity and sexuality explicit language. The shows can range from Pg13-R. If the comics material is not to your liking we encourage you to give them silent feedback. Limited laughter is how a comic knows the audience didn’t enjoy the joke. Boos and heckling aren’t tolerated and you might be asked to leave the show for being disruptive. A refund may or may not be issued. We agree the customer is always right in matters of taste so let us know if the show wasn’t to your liking, we will most likely be able to remedy the situation.
